Effective case resolution

The learner has the option to review course information and help in the Course Information tab at the top of the player. 

A series of screens appear allowing the learner to learn the steps, highlighting the steps in an alternative color.

After learning the steps, the learner is invited to see what they know about assiting the seller.

A mock scenario is provided with communication between a customer and a seller. The learner should choose if the communication was handled effectively.

If the learner selects the incorrect answer, they hear a sound effect as well as provided feedback, then are prompted to answer the question again.

When learner selects the correct answer, they hear a sound effect as well as provided feedback, then are prompted to move forward to the next 2 scenarios.

Here the learner will review the key points before moving onto the module quiz.

Quiz instructions are provided for the learner.

Each quiz question covers the objectives for the course.

If the learner selects the incorrect answer, they are provided feedback for when they must retake the quiz.

Correct feedback is provided when they right option is selected.

Module Quiz Results provide details regarding the score received, the required passing score, and a custom button for the learner to retake the quiz if required.
