Teledoc services

The course begins by giving the learner information regarding the topic of the course and allows them to begin the course from this dashboard or review Navigation.

The navigation menu allows the learner to click on each marker to learn about the navigation features.

A video introduction introduces the course and benefits of the service. Throughout the course a transition video is incorporated as well as recap of the course.

An accordion slide condenses information regarding the benefits of the service and allows the learner to revisit each topic.  

In the activity portion of the course the learner is instructed to click the play button to play the conversation and then select which benefits of the service best suit the customer.

Once the choices are selected they are revealed using states.

Feedback is provided once the learner has attempted to answer the question twice.

The client requested a brief quiz with a 100% pass rate.  The learner can use the button at the bottom of the slide to revisit the accordion that details the benefits of the service if they need to for reference.  The slide pops out as a lightbox slide which can be revisted as many times as needed.

Feedback is provided for both correct and incorrect responses.
