Innovation Digital Play Account

The client requested a course with a job that included assisting tellers in helping customers register for an Innovation Digital Play account, bookmark the site on their mobile device, and have a basic understanding of what the site offers the customer.

I developed this course using Articulate Rise and included a video produced in Camtasia, which serves as a tutorial.

Video Tutorial 

This tutorial was created to assist Tellers in learning the process for helping customers register their account.

Job Aid

This job aid was created as a reference for tellers.  The learner is instructed to download the document at the end of the course.  It includes instructions on registering for an account, bookmarking the site on a mobile device, and frequently asked topics.

This is a mock app, therefore there are only two FAQs in the document.
