Identity Theft Awareness and Prevention
The client requested training that would equip their staff with the knowledge of various techniques used by identity thieves to steal personal information and effective measures to prevent identity theft. This training will enable the employees to assist their customers in safeguarding themselves against becoming a victim of identity theft.

Design Document
The client approved the outline of the course based on the design document and the module was developed as a rapid prototype.
The introduction slide animates in with background music that sets the tone for the course. This course includes sound effects that help create engagement. In this course, the course objectives and navigation are optional and can be accessed using the course information link at the top of the player, created with a lightbox slide.

Navigation is provided using icons. The learner hovers over each icon to reveal instructions on how to navigate the course. It is housed on a lightbox slide in the course information link, in the top right of the player.
Learners are presented with several scenarios throughout the course with multiple attempts to answer correctly using the feedback provided.
A dashboard where multiple topics are presented follows the scenario questions. The learner is instructed to begin with topic one and move through them in order, they are limited to move in order by variables created. Each topic has a hover and visited state, once all topics are visited, the learn is able to move forward.
Each of the types of identity theft are detailed here. The learner is instructed to click on the icon and review the information. Once all icons have been visited a back button will appear for the learner to return to the dashboard.
When the learner visits topic three from the dashboard, they arrive on this slide, where they are instructed to select each topic. Each topic includes sound effects related to the topic and information. Once all topics are covered a custom back button appears for the learner to return to the dashboard.
